Employees choose a working model at General Mills

According to the 13th edition of the Aon Benefits Survey, 73% of companies will somehow maintain remote work, even with the end of the pandemic.

After an internal survey, the company has decided to adopt an essentially virtual model, which helps to blur the boundaries between work and personal life.

For some time, with many social distancing rules loosened due to the vaccination and fewer number of covid-19 infections, many employees have already returned to their office routines.

According to the 13th edition of the Aon Benefits Survey, 73% of companies will somehow maintain remote work, even with the end of the pandemic. Of those, 55% said they should ask their employees to work in the office two to three times a week. The survey heard 808 companies from 30 segments and all regions of Brazil.
