Enjoei is the new occupant of Galpão Isolado - CityGate Cabreúva II Expansion

Through a Material Fact issued this Monday (16), BTG Pactual and Bluecap Gestão informed that the FII Bluecap Renda Logística signed a lease agreement for Galpão Isolado - CityGate Cabreúva II Expansão, for Enjoei.
The company will occupy only module 3 in the G-1 warehouse. According to data from the SiiLA Brasil platform, the project is located in Jundiaí, in Cabreúva, State of São Paulo, and has a total area of 7,000 square meters.
The contract is under the typical lease mode, with a duration of 60 months.
