The construction company and developer Even announced on May 4, 2021, and March 9, 2022, that its shareholders and the market, in general, have signed a "Term" with JHSF for acquiring securities in São Paulo Surf Club.

The members-only clubhouse includes a surf pool, restaurant, spa, indoor tennis courts, and beach tennis courts, to be built by JHSF ("JHSF Development") on the plot owned by JHSF.

The company also clarifies that Even Development and JHSF Development are independent and distinct, each with its approval and development process.
