Even and RFM will be partners in buildings

Yesterday, Even signed an agreement with the luxury and high luxury segment developer RFM, to set up a new company with an investment structure of up to R$ 30 million.
The partnership will allow Even to use land that it previously had to ditch, explains Leandro Melnick, executive director. The developer usually forms large lots in neighbourhoods in the expanded centre of São Paulo.
The partnership was approved by Even's board of directors and is awaiting approval from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade).
Any incorporation of RFM will be carried out in partnership with Even.
