Ex-Cyrela joins manager Nova Milano at Working Capital

Paulo Gonçalves, the fintech CashMe co-founder and former director of Cyrela, joined Rodrigo Arruy and Vinicius Mastrorosa, executives of Nova Milano Investimentos, manager of the fund the main shareholder of Even Construtora, to put Working Capital. The financial technology company began to provide civil construction chain funding via structured credit. In these first months of operation, the group was behind about R$ 600 million in operations.
The trio is known in the real estate industry. Gonçalves spent a decade at Cyrela and resigned as director of corporate finance and investor relations to co-found CashMe in 2019. He left the company at the end of 2021.
