An industrial hub in the south of Minas, Extrema (MG) has practically no more land to build warehouses for retail, transport, logistics, and e-commerce sectors. Almost 640 thousand square meters are occupied in the region, and practically all are rented, according to a survey by SiiLA, a multinational data and analytics solutions for the commercial real estate market.
