EZTec sales rise by 72.5% in 3rd quarter
- Of the R$ 426 million sold, R$ 361 million are from units still under construction.

10/13/2022 At the end of the 3rd quarter of the year, the developer provided an operational preview with sales and launch numbers.
With the release of the preview, EZTec ended the third quarter with its net sales rising 72.5% compared to the same period last year. Of the R$ 426 million sold, R$ 361 million are from units still under construction; this is the largest volume ever recorded by the company.
On the other hand, the company's launches retreated by 10.8% in the annual comparison.
