The FIIs market is vast, and today we start another special series. Let's talk about the iconic properties that are part of Real Estate Funds.

The Brazilian Financial Center (BFC) is a class A property located in one of the key office areas in São Paulo, Paulista. The asset was chosen as the headquarters of CNN Brasil. Next to Trianon Park, the BFC has 31,144 m² of total private area.

25% of the assets belong to the BRCR11 Fund, with the other 75% belonging to Brookfield. Currently, the BFC is 100% leased and, in addition to CNN Brasil, WeWork and Banco Itaú are part of the occupants, among other companies.
