FII Rio Bravo completes acquisition of 5 floors at JK Financial Center

Rio Bravo informed through a Material Fact issued on the 30th that the FII Rio Bravo concluded the acquisition of floors 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the JK Financial Center Building.

According to data for the 3rd quarter of SiiLA Brasil, the A+ class project is 100% occupied by AmBev, BNDES, Oncoclínicas and Agility.

The Fund already owned six floors of the building and, with this acquisition, now holds 73% of the project, being the majority investor.

Rio Bravo has been seeking to recycle the Fund's portfolio, selling assets in which the Fund has a low stake in the condominium, and increasing its stake in properties in which the Fund already owns, thus reducing internal competition and increasing the possibility of approval investments that management believes are necessary for the warehouse.
