Rio Bravo has been seeking to recycle the Fund's portfolio, selling assets in which the Fund has a low stake in the condominium, and increasing its stake in properties in which the Fund already owns, thus reducing internal competition and increasing the possibility of approval investments that management believes are necessary for the warehouse.
