BR Properties informed in a Material Fact issued on Monday (16), that it has entered into a Private Instrument of Commitment to Sell and Purchase a Property under Construction with Resolutive Condition with the FII VBI Logístico Pactual, which has as its object the sale of a logistics warehouse under development.

The new acquisition is expected to be delivered in the 2nd quarter of 2022. It is part of the "BRPR Cajamar" complex, with two other warehouses under development by BR Properties.

The sale corresponds to approximately 24% of the total leasable area of 149,525 m² and will be sold for the total price of R$ 123,215,442.00.
