FII Vinci Fulwood acquires 30% stake in Extrema Business Park

Vinci Partners informed through a relevant fact published last Thursday (29) that FII Vinci Fulwood Logistical Development acquired, through a company controlled exclusively by the fund, a 30% stake in the project for the construction of the Extrema Business logistic condominium Park - Block III.
The project, which is already under construction, is expected to be delivered in March 2022. With approximately 100 thousand square metres of gross leasable area, the project will be developed by Fulwood.
Located in the region of Extrema in Minas Gerais, this will be the third block of the high-end development, which already has two other blocks in operation and leased to Tok & Stok Mercado Livre.
The total estimated investment amount is R$ 74.8 million.
