FII Vinci Logística acquires 100% of Caxias Park, in Rio de Janeiro

FII Vinci Logística acquired 100% of the class A enterprise, “Caxias Park”, which has 76.6 thousand square meters split between a leasable and a land area with an approved project destined to expand the asset of approximately 80.5 thousand square meters of GLA. The property is located in the Duque de Caxias region.
The total amount of the transaction was R$ 204.100.000,00.
