Avenida Paulista is one of the most important regions in São Paulo and Brazil. It is where the cultural, sports and corporate scenes meet. In the video, we go through the largest development in the region, São Luís de Gonzaga, which has more than 43,000 sq metres of offices and is home to large companies such as Danone; by the BFC (Brazilian Financial Center), where CNN Brasil set up its studios; Matarazzo Tower and Shopping Cidade São Paulo, one of the newest developments in the region; and the Santa Catarina building, located at the beginning of the avenue.

Currently, according to monitoring by SiiLA's Market Analytics platform, in this region, which includes the entire length of the avenue plus parallel ones, there are more than 90 commercial buildings, which add up to almost 850,000 sq metres of office area.
