Former print shops of 'Jornal O Globo' can now become residential buildings in downtown Rio

On Monday (04/04), the Secretary of Urban Planning, Washington Fajardo announced on his social media that Reviver Centro (a program aimed at revitalising the central region of the city) managed to get the largest residential conversion license. The program will be built at 75 Rua Marquês de Pombal, where the former newspaper O Globo is now located.
According to Fajardo, the city's project is fully regulated and authorised, depending only on the real estate market.
