The founder is buying more Tecnisa shares

03/30/2022 Tecnisa’s founder and chairman, Meyer Nigri, is buying shares in his own development. In the first two months alone, he spent around R$ 11 million to buy 3 million shares. The Column found that the latest public data on its participation pointed to 27.6%, but the share is already around 33%.
The proprietor believes that the company’s shares he founded 45 years ago are very cheap. The paper has already dropped 55% in one year. In the founder’s mind, there is potential for a turnaround.
