According to SiiLA’s monitoring, the stock of Class A+, A and B offices in Chucri Zaidan jumped from 672,000 m² in 2016 to 925,000 m² in the third quarter of 2025 — an increase of nearly 40%.
Over the same period, the vacancy rate dropped from 28.8% to 16.19%, while net absorption remained positive year after year, averaging 36,000 m² of newly occupied space annually.
