Gafisa has informed it has filed with the Administrative Council for the Defense of Competition (Cade) a request for approval of the acquisition agreement for Construtora São José this Wednesday. The deal announced on the 11th hasn't been disclosed.

In addition to CADE's approval, the completion of the purchase, Gafisa adds in a statement, still depends on the completion of due diligence, among other necessary authorizations, and negotiation and signing of definitive documents.
