The Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) approved the acquisition by the construction company Gafisa of Construtora São José Desenvolvimento Imobiliário.
The buyer is based in São Paulo, while the seller has a real estate investment fund for residential projects located in Campinas, São Bernardo do Campo and the state's capital.
