Gafisa released a balance sheet this morning with the results for the second quarter of 2022. The company listed deliveries of new projects and sales data for the period, among other news and innovations. According to the results report of the developer and construction company, three deliveries of new projects in the city of São Paulo were worth R$ 471.1 million. 

In the first quarter of the year, R$ 526 million were launched, with only one project delivered in Rio de Janeiro.With R$ 227.6 million in gross sales, the company grew 13% compared to the same period last year but reduced by 7% compared to the first quarter of 2022. 

Gafisa reported R$203.4 million in net sales, an increase of 13% compared to 2Q21. However, compared with 1Q22, we also see a reduction of 13%.
