Grupo Ecoa is the new occupant of Syslog Galeão - Duque de Caxias

XP Log informed through a statement on Monday (12) that it entered into a Non-Residential Lease Agreement referring to module A1 of the logistic condominium Syslog Galeão - Duque de Caxias, with Grupo Ecoa, a distribution and retail company.
The development has recently received Faci.Ly Soluções is class A and has other tenants such as Westwing, Eletrobras, Taco, Roja Distribuidora, Total Alimentos and Premier Pet.
The Ecoa Group will occupy the A1 module, which has an area of 6,087.69 square metres.
