Operating independently for almost a year, Gestão e Soluções de Ativos (GSA Ativos) has a positive balance of operations and expects to double its portfolio of projects in the coming years. The company, which develops, sells, and manages commercial projects, intends to launch at least seven projects that combine retail and the provision of services in strategic locations, betting on changing the consumption habits of the population, which increasingly prioritizes the experience when it is time to go shopping.According to the director of the GSA, Felipe Bacelar, the so-called power centers and strip malls are the current market trend. The first are large enterprises, which include not only a shopping center but also other operations configuring a commercial complex. The others are strategically located in neighborhoods and function as convenience shops, bringing together commerce and services.
