Guararapes appoints new CFO

The executive has already held the same role at Cia. Hering, where he accumulated eight years of experience.

Guararapes, the owner of Riachuelo, Casa Riachuelo and Carter's in Brazil, announced in a statement to the market the approval of Frederico Oldani by the company's Board of Directors as the new CFO.

The executive has already held the same role at Cia. Hering, where he accumulated eight years of experience, in addition to Ambev, Telefônica Brasil, and Qualicorp. Oldani will replace Tulio Queiroz, who left the post two months ago, taking over as CFO of Grupo Mateus.

Guararapes is considered one of the largest fashion retailers in the country, with more than 370 physical stores across the country and e-commerce.In March of this year, SiiLA announced the change of Riachuelo's headquarters, which started occupying Pinheiros One slabs.
