Guardian real estate fund, approves the acquisition of R$200 million
- The properties are leased to large companies such as Souza Cruz, Air Liquide, Almanara and Arteris.

02/02/2021 The acquisition will increase the Guardian Logística (GALG11) portfolio, its main real estate fund, which now has six warehouses and equity of R$800 million. The properties are leased to large companies such as Souza Cruz, Air Liquide, Almanara and Arteris.
The new acquisition will be, in part, financed by the recent issuance of R$109 million by Guardian Logística. The property, located in Vitória de Santo Antão (PE), is on an 18-year lease with BRF. The owner of Sadia is already a tenant of another warehouse in the same fund.
