Guilherme Benevides steps down as chief operating officer at Gafisa
- Director Fabio Romano, president of Gafisa Viver Bem, the company's real estate products and services platform, has also stepped down, says Gafisa.

Gafisa announced that the chief operating officer, Guilherme Benevides, has resigned. He was the president of Gafisa Incorporadora e Construtora, responsible for the company's core businesses.
Director Fabio Romano, president of Gafisa Viver Bem, the company's real estate products and services platform, has also stepped down, says Gafisa.
According to the company, the director roles of investor relations will be temporarily merged with the roles of the executive director of incorporation, Luiz Ortiz.
