Gupy’s new brand Gupy Hub will operate out of the 7th and 8th floors of the Regus coworking space at Torre João Salem. The new Gupy brand will take advantage of the popularity of coworking, providing employees and guests with flexible, convenient workspaces.
The Gupy Hub at Torre João Salem is in the popular region of Paulista, the modern cultural center of São Paulo. According to SiiLA Market Analytics, the region has a total office inventory of 864,572 m² with trophy assets including Brazilian Financial Center (Brookfield), Safra Frei Caneca (Banco Safra), and Torre Matarazzo (Previ). Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA recently toured the major business center which is dominated by the finance sector with tenants including Banco do Brasil and Citibank.
The Regus floors for Gupy Hub were designed to create an integrated space between the urban area of Avenida Paulista and nature. The 7th floor is currently members-only access, but will soon be open to the public. The space features workstations, private booths, and a meeting auditorium with a capacity for 60 people. The 8th floor is exclusively for Gupy employees, featuring balconies and casual meeting spaces.
