Hershey adopts hybrid model and moves office to WeWork

After the pandemic and the work-from-home scheme, companies worldwide are rethinking the need for giant offices and headquarters. On the other hand, they face the need to keep physical spaces to promote meetings and greater interaction between its employees.
For the American multinational Hershey, owner of Hershey's, Reese's and Almond Joy chocolates, the solution to balance these two goals was moving to a coworking space. Since the beginning of June, the chocolate maker's moved to WeWork unit in Vila Madalena, São Paulo.
