HSI fund acquired Shopping Uberaba for R$332.9 million

06/24/2022 The manager Hemisfério Sul Investimentos (HSI) closed the deal agreement to acquire shares of Jaguara Empreendimentos Imobiliários and JPL Parkings, owners of Shopping Uberaba (MG), the company has confirmed.
The acquisition totaled R$ 332.9 million for an operation with a gross leasable area of approximately 25 thousand square meters.
HSI projects gains in scale and synergies to be acquired with the mall's integration into the portfolio and with its management by Saphyr, the administration said, without disclosing figures. Saphyr, a shopping center manager, and HSI became partners in 2012.
With the operation, the total gross area of HSI's portfolio is now 191,400 square meters in seven assets located in five states, with a controlling position.
