In a Material Fact disclosed this Tuesday (26), FII HSI Malls informed that it had signed a memorandum of understanding jointly with HSI V Real Estate, where it committed to acquire 100% of the shares of REC 2017 I, of the following assets:

1) 51% of Shopping Paralela, which according to SiiLA Brasil platform, is located in the Northeast region of Brazil, in Salvador/Bahia and has 298 occupants with the leading names: C&A, Renner, Riachuelo, Fast Shop, Centauro and Lojas Americanas.

2) 100% of the asset's expansion area, which has Unime, a faculty of the Cogna group, as lessee under a BTS contract.

This acquisition, if completed, will total R$432 million.
