In March, OLX allowed its employees to work for home. The action was one of the measures to protect employees and prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. Almost seven months later, the company announces plans to resume its activities.

According to Andries Oudshoorn, CEO of OLX Brasil, the return will be based on information collected in internal surveys, made to assess the needs of employees during the pandemic period. “The study was carried out weekly and counted on the participation of all employees”, he says, in an exclusive interview with Época Negócios.
