Iguatemi announces the opening of a new venture

10/07/2022 In partnership with Building Empreendimentos, Iguatemi S.A. announced yesterday (06) the opening of its new development located on the banks of the Dom Pedro I Highway in Campinas.
Named Sky Galleria, the corporate tower is 10 minutes from downtown Campinas, close to Viracopos International Airport, and minutes from Bandeirantes and Anhanguera highways.
The enterprise consists of corporate slabs that can be divided into sets of 250 sq meters, 500 sq meters, and 1,000 sq meters. In addition to corporate, the project will be mixed-use, combining work, housing, and leisure. According to the SiiLA rating criteria, the Sky Galleria is considered an A+, with 13,203 sq meters of total private area.
