Iguatemi and Jereissati will merge to create Iguatemi S.A.

06/08/2021 The Shopping centre manager Iguatemi and Jereissati Participações announced that their boards of directors had approved the start of a corporate reorganisation process to consolidate their shareholding bases into a single company.
Upon completing the transaction, which will be submitted for approval by its shareholders at their respective general meetings, the new company will be called Iguatemi S.A.
In a statement, the companies stated that the objective is to simplify the corporate structure and no change in the control structure.
