Iguatemi also announced a follow-on (subsequent offering of shares), in which it intends to raise between R$500 and R$800 million, supporting the acquisition. The conclusion of purchasing the remaining slice of JK Iguatemi by the Iguatemi network will still require approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade).
