Institutions auction off two high-end commercial buildings in São Paulo and Brasília

BB Previdência and Caixa de Previdência Complementar do Banco da Amazônia (CAPAF), in partnership with the Lance no Leilão office, promote the auction of two high-end commercial buildings on March 30, at 11 am, on the auctioneer's portal. The minimum bids for the finals can now be made through the website.

The first option is four quotas in the World Trade Center (WTC), located on Avenida das Nações Unidas, in São Paulo, with a minimum bid of R$ 16.2 million.

The WTC-SP encompasses a multi-purpose concept, combining the WTC Business Tower with 25 office floors, the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel, the WTC Events Center convention center, the WTC Business Club corporate business club, and the D&D Shopping, specialized in design and decoration.

The second development refers to a commercial building located in the Setor Bancário Sul in Brasília, Federal District, close to the headquarters of the Central Bank and other financial institutions. This property can be acquired for the initial value of R$ 18.9 million.
