To share a bit about his career and insights on the logistics real estate market, Bruno Ackermann, Partner at Cy.Capital, was invited to the 10th episode of the SiiLA PODCAST, hosted by Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA.

Ackermann didn’t just talk about market opportunities, development, and new business — the executive also shared details of his professional journey.

“I think being ‘successful’ is a mix of several factors. It’s never just one thing. If I had to highlight one characteristic, it would be resilience. It’s an important factor in getting there. In the end, there will be failures, that feeling of frustration, but it’s important to understand the line between stubbornness and resilience,” he said.

Another highlight of the episode was the story of Cy.Capital, which is closely tied to Ackermann’s personal path.

“I was part of the creation of Cy.Capital, sort of like the first employee. Around that time, one of the partners was abroad doing an MBA. In January 2021, it was just the three of us, the partners, with nothing — only the mission to make it happen,” Ackermann recalled.
