With the closing of 3Q22, the developer JHSF released yesterday (19) the operational preview of the third quarter of the year.The company highlights the operational performance of shopping centres aimed at the high-income public.

The consolidated sales of the company's shopping centres grew 13.1% compared to the third quarter of last year and 64.2% compared to 2019.Compared to the pre-pandemic period, 3Q19, Shopping Cidade Jardim sales grew 98%. The development has 38,899 sq metres of GLA and is ranked class A.
