JHSF sells to XP, 705 thousand square meters of the Catarina complex for R$98.6 million

12/15/2020 JHSF signed off a contract for the sale of 705 thousand square meters of the Parque Catarina complex to XP for the amount of R$98.6 million. According to the statement released on Monday (14), the site will house the Villa XP development.
It also requires JHSF and XP to sign off a Servitude Deed that confirms the use of a complimentary area of environmental preservation of 130 thousand square meters, for R$1 million. JHSF states that “it will support XP in carrying out the Villa XP works” and it will reimburse 3% of the amount invested on the site.
