João Pessoa welcomes a new mixed-use development

02/07/2023 João Pessoa, the capital of Paraíba, will get a new real estate development called OMNI – Life & Health.
The Manaíra neighbourhood will house the new project, which will also be mixed-use, combining corporate space, a health complex, stores, and a residential area.
The space aimed at the health and corporate areas was named Omni Medical, with more than 2,500 sq. meters. The part facing the stores, called Omni Mall, has stores ranging from 34 sq. meters to 195 sq. meters. In total, there will be 28 stores within the complex.
