SiiLA ACADEMY is an online course focused on the commercial real estate market, offering complete immersion in Brazilian commercial real estate.

Giancarlo Nicastro, SiiLA's CEO, lectured the first classes of the Office and Logistics modules. During the classes, the students got an idea of the depth the course would have in the real estate market.

In the first classes, Nicastro discussed the main concepts that govern the sector, highlighted the importance of location for commercial ventures and explained how market cycles work.

The online course uses Zoom videoconferencing as a platform of choice. In all, there are seven online classes, and there will still be a last one in a face-to-face format, as it consists of a technical visit to a high-standard firm where students can practice what they have learned.
