The asset was sold to CSHG Logística, Credit Suisse's real estate investment fund, for approximately R$120.316 million. It is worth remembering that the sale of the first project under the agreement, Log Betim II, was completed on September 28.
The Class A condominium is located on Rodovia Fernão Dias, close to Belo Horizonte airport, and was delivered in 2014.
