Log completes its asset sale process
- The asset was sold to CSHG Logística, Credit Suisse's real estate investment fund, for approximately R$120.316 million.

10/07/2022 Resuming the Purchase and Sale Commitment announced in July, Log CP has now concluded the sale of its stake in the second property of the Commitment, the Parque Torino logistic condominium.
The asset was sold to CSHG Logística, Credit Suisse's real estate investment fund, for approximately R$120.316 million. It is worth remembering that the sale of the first project under the agreement, Log Betim II, was completed on September 28.
The Class A condominium is located on Rodovia Fernão Dias, close to Belo Horizonte airport, and was delivered in 2014.
