Log CP accelerates area acquisitions

The warehouses market expectation is to be expanded to other regions, as seen by the State of São Paulo in recent years.

Log Commercial Properties is speeding up its investments of land in response to the high demand for warehouses. The company should already have a stock that will allow the development of 600 thousand square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) by the end of the year to 700 thousand square meters planned to be added to its land bank by the end of 2021, according to the plan "One for all "announced a year ago.

The president of Log, Sérgio Fischer, says that he is very optimistic about Brazil and that he expects the warehouses market to expand, in other regions, experienced by the State of São Paulo in recent years. "The market has matured, and consumers have become more demanding," says Fischer, noting that the migration of occupants to higher quality developments, called "flight to quality", in the sector's jargon, remains high.
