Log Commercial Properties, a company specialising in renting warehouses and logistics condominiums, has officially launched the Betim Industrial Park (PIB) in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte (RMBH). The complex should attract around R$ 1 billion in developments.

The estimate is from Log's CEO, Sérgio Fischer. He stressed the investment of R$ 450 million applied by the company in the complete infrastructure of the park so far. According to him, the project can help boost the transformation of the logistical and productive capacity of Greater Belo Horizonte and Minas Gerais.

" We started thinking about the project about ten years ago, following a provocation from the city of Betim itself. Now, we deliver a space with quality, modern and innovative areas. He detailed and already with anchor companies in installation and even in operation, such as Vilma, Belgo and Mercado Livre".

According to Fisher, new investments will be announced in the coming months. The vocation of the complex, according to him, is diverse. PIB has a complete infrastructure to receive three types of business: leasing of high-end logistics warehouses, sale of industrial subdivisions and *Built To Suit (*BTS), a format in which the property is built already anticipating the needs of the operation. Given such an opportunity, job creation could reach 10,000 direct jobs.
