XP Log issued a notice to the market on Monday (02) announcing that Cone Plug & Play 3.2 project will get Madeira Madeira as the new tenant.

The development has 45.759 square metres with a 12 metres ceiling height and a floor load of 6; according to the latest survey by SiiLA Brasil, the property's occupancy rate was 49.56% with the new lease, the property went to 74.67%.

The document also informs that the Non-Residential Lease Agreement refers to modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Shed 4.

In the last 12 months, Madeira Madeira absorbed, in the logistics condominium market, 50,983 square metres, which represented an increase in take-up of approximately ten times more than the same period 12 months ago. This growth was mainly in São Paulo, but new locations were also taken into account in Paraná and Minas Gerais
