Running since February in Itaquaquecetuba (SP), Marisa's dark store is an addition to the company's largest distribution centre. The operation, however, has exclusive collaborators and delivery dynamics for orders made by digital platforms, such as e-commerce, the application and WhatsApp. With the focus on the distribution of online orders, the women's fashion brand was able to reduce the delivery time to the state of São Paulo by 30% and reduce freight costs by 18% compared to standard deliveries.
