Mateus Group completes investment commitment in TRX's FII deal
- The properties, located in Belém (PA), Juazeiro (BA) and Petrolina (PE), will be sold to the fund and later leased by the company.

10/06/2022 Grupo Mateus informed, through a material fact, that it accepted a real estate investment commitment with the TRX Real State FII to sell and lease three properties valued at approximately R$182.6 million.
The properties, located in Belém (PA), Juazeiro (BA), and Petrolina (PE), will be sold to the fund and later leased by the company.
The total sum of the values may change depending on the eventual need to exclude or replace one of the properties.
According to Grupo Mateus, in the event of approval, the sale will be effected through the definitive conclusion of the deal, and the contracts will be celebrated for 20 years period.
