The part of the avenue belonging to Santo Andre will gain, in 2021, another major building. This time, it is the logistic condominium of the construction company MBigucci, similar to the ones that the company already has in São Bernardo and Diadema, it will be the largest in the Business Park franchise. With an investment of R $250 million, an extra set of warehouses will be built on a 100 thousand square meter sits next to Auto Shopping Global is expected to start in April and create around 600 direct jobs.

The authorization for the construction of MBigucci Business Park Santo André was issued yesterday and, according to Milton Bigucci Júnior, technical director of the construction company, the next step will be to take care of the execution of the executive projects and, starting in the second quarter of next year, to start the construction. “By the end of 2021, we want to be operating. The aim is to offer warehouses, which can vary from 1,000 square meters to the total space, which is 64,861 square meters ”, he says. “In addition to the 600 direct jobs on the job which can last up to 24 months, we will have indirect jobs, from the companies that are established there. I believe that space has the potential to create at least 1,000 jobs ”, he adds.
