In another step of its logistical expansion, Mercado Livre announces the opening of four new distribution centers (DCs) in Brazil: one in the Perus neighborhood, in the northern region of the city of São Paulo, two in Barueri (SP), and one in Araçariguama (SP), in the inner state. The distribution center located in the Perus neighborhood is the company's first Receiving Center. This establishment receives products from MercadoLibre sellers and facilitates the correct distribution to the fulfillment centers corresponding to each type of merchandise.

"The new Distribution Centers expand our logistics network and reflect our commitment to democratizing commerce. With these additions, we can offer even more assortment and convenience to our customers, expanding the modality of fast delivery, free shipping, and official stores. We hope to maintain and exceed the level of satisfaction of our customers, which today is at a historical level for the Mercado Livre", according to Fernando Yunes, Senior Vice President and Mercado Livre's leader in Brazil.
