The project envisions a 117 meters high tower, which will be the tallest in the city. In addition, the tower designed by Bewiki will be connected to the old Moinho Germani, a listed building in the city.
The development will have residential spaces, a hospital, a hotel, a supermarket, commercial areas, and a coworking space. "We created the conditions for flexibility of rules and concession of benefits. We will have an innovative building, with bold architecture, where around 150,000 people should visit per month", according to Porto Alegre's mayor Sebastião Melo when welcoming Bewiki representatives.
The project's total investment reaches R$ 150 million, with an estimate of creating 200 jobs.
