Mobly will increase their exposure in physical stores

Since the furniture retailer's IPO in February, the accumulated devaluation of the shares is over 50%.

Created as an online company, furniture and home furnishings retailer Mobly is reviewing strategies to sustain its growth. The company says that online retailers felt the impact, in second-quarter numbers, of more active physical commerce than a year earlier and decided to increase their exposure in physical stores.

"As of the fourth quarter, we will see profitability returning. The path is to accelerate physical stores, which are extremely profitable for us. During the fourth quarter, we will end up with the share of stores well above the current 14%", said Victor Noda, President of the company, in a conference call with analysts.
