Shopping mall administrator Multiplan announced that it has increased its percentage of ownership in DiamondMall. In a Market Notice, the company announced the acquisition of 24.95% of the property.
The value of this acquisition was R$170 million, with R$68 million paid upfront and the remainder paid in 12 monthly installments. Primaz Corporate was responsible forintermediating this acquisition.
Located on Avenida Olegário Maciel in Belo Horizonte, DiamondMall was delivered in 1996. The asset has 21,351 m² of Gross Leasable Area (GLA).
