As a new skyscraper hub, Tatuapé will inaugurate the largest building in São Paulo

Platina 220 Building will be 172 meters high - 2 more than the current record holder - and mixed use, with apartments, hotel rooms, offices, shops and corporate floors

The buildings erected in the last decades in Tatuapé look tiny close to the new skyscrapers under construction in east side district of São Paulo. In 2021, the region will have the largest residential and the largest building in the city, dethroning a record of over five decades at Mirante do Vale, in the city centre.

More than that, the constructions should also consolidate the region as a high-end corporate and residential hub, rivalling axes in the south zone. For the developer responsible for the projects, Tatuapé could become an “improved” version of Avenida Berrini, with operation not restricted to business hours.
